Vicki is the best. Besides being so personable she rocks real estate. We bought our new house from her and had such a good experience that it was a no brainer using her to sell our old home. She helped us sell our house basically "as is". She recommended a few things to help it sell that really made a huge difference. But most impressive was her dedication and commitment to finding the home we were looking for. Vicki Gandee is an amazing realtor! Prior to Vicki, I was disheartened with my lack of results after two years of an unsuccessful house search in this tight market. Luckily, Vicki Gandee came highly recommended just in time. I needed help beyond my real estate phone app by an experienced “feet on the ground” real estate agent. I work a hybrid schedule (90% remote, 10% on-site), so I desired a house within a two-hour commute of downtown Memphis. Despite this wide search radius, Vicki managed all facets of my home search: multiple tours, various inspections, required repairs, negotiations, etc. I have bought and sold a house before and thought I knew the basics, but Vicki’s 16+ years of experience brought a depth and breadth of knowledge I didn’t possess. Vicki is the best agent we've worked with; we've worked with several since we're a former miltary family.  We've both bought and sold a home through Vicki in Cordova.  Growing up in the Memphis area, she had tremendous knowledge and definitely has her finger on the pulse of the market.  When we bought our home, we knew exactly what we wanted since it was not our first home.  Vicki helped us find the home that fit our needs. She was with us every step of the way, form how much we should offer, what kind of concessions we should expect from the owner, throughout the inspection and ultimately the closing. When we sold our home, Vicki delivered once again.  Vicki walked through our home with us and gave us tips on how to prepare our home for showings.  Once we were ready, she had her photographer take photos and marketed our home.  We had an offer and were under contract in less that two weeks.  Vicki kept us updated through the process.  Unfortunately she had to inform us that the buyer was unable to proceed in the purchase of our home.  He was also in the military and had received orders to transfer after putting an offer on our home.  Vicki immediately put our home back on the market and had another offer for us in three days, even before the confirmation from the miltary came through.  Again, Vicki kept us updated on the buyer and guided us to closing.  We were unable to attend closing in person, so Vicki took care of the Power of Attorney for us.  Vicki took care of everything.  We literally did not have to worry one bit!  In finding our home in Atlanta, Vicki even set us up with a Crye-Leike realtor she knew in Atlanta area.  We were able to find a home that met our needs withing two weeks!  Vicki is an amazing professional and wonderful person!  I'd recommend working with her for buying and selling your home!
